  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste Can substitute with 1 tsp of fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Or nutritional yeast as a dairy-free substitute

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Dry the shrimp by patting them with paper towels. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper, then add them to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and veggies. Add garlic paste, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper, followed by grated parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 390°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally over buttered noodles or with a salad.
