Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mixing bowls and donut molds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, milk, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add flour to the wet mixture, stirring gently to combine. Aim for a few visible flour streaks, about 1-2 minutes.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully, ensuring even distribution without breaking them.
- Grease the donut molds with non-stick spray or vegan butter. Pour the batter into molds, filling each just enough to avoid overflow, about 5 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, checking after 15 minutes for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the donuts in the molds for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally, prepare a glaze to drizzle over them.
