Baking Instructions

  4. Fold in the blueberries carefully, ensuring even distribution without breaking them.
  5. Grease the donut molds with non-stick spray or vegan butter. Pour the batter into molds, filling each just enough to avoid overflow, about 5 minutes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, checking after 15 minutes for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool the donuts in the molds for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally, prepare a glaze to drizzle over them.
