Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon in the baking dish, spread the mixture over each fillet, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until they flake easily and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add chicken stock, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Whisk in Boursin cheese until fully incorporated and the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in additional lemon juice, remove from heat.
