  • 0.25 cup Sweet Chili Sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge soaked shrimp in seasoned flour, then dip in buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the bang bang sauce.
  6. Assemble tacos with a tortilla, cabbage, fried shrimp, bang bang sauce, and avocado slices.
