Step-by-Step Instructions for Bold Burger Bowls
  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix these spices well and set aside.
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds, dry them, and toss with olive oil and half of your spice mix. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the lean beef mince with the remaining spice mix until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a small dish, blend mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice to create the burger sauce. Adjust to taste.
  5. Assemble your bowls with a layer of crispy chips, shredded lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickle slices, and drizzle with burger sauce. Allow customization with additional toppings.
