  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the warm Boursin sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a one-inch border.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the Boursin sauce, then add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts.
  6. Scatter chunks of fresh mozzarella evenly across the pizza.
