- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your greasing tools.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Quarter each biscuit on a cutting board for even distribution in the monkey bread.
- Add quartered biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
