  1. Pat the dill pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Lay a wheat tortilla flat and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over one half.
  4. Arrange a layer of dried dill pickle slices on top of the cheese, followed by the remaining cheese.
