Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix together cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, minced garlic, and both cheeses in a large bowl until combined.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Cut each canned biscuit into quarters and toss with melted butter.
  6. Pre-bake biscuit pieces on a greased baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until slightly browned.
  7. Top the chicken mixture with pre-baked biscuit pieces and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
