Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix together cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, minced garlic, and both cheeses in a large bowl until combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cut each canned biscuit into quarters and toss with melted butter.
- Pre-bake biscuit pieces on a greased baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until slightly browned.
- Top the chicken mixture with pre-baked biscuit pieces and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
