Rolling and Cooking
  1. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ¼-inch thickness in a rectangular shape.
  2. Mix ground cinnamon with any additional sweetener, if desired, and spread it evenly over the dough.
  3. Gently roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, coat with cooking spray or butter, and cook the roll-ups cut-side down for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
