Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of creamy coconut milk, 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of lavender syrup. Blend on medium-high for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are completely smooth and well mixed.
  2. Next, add 2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blender and blend again for an additional 15 seconds until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of cold water to the blender and blend on low for 10-15 seconds until fully combined.
  4. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher, and pour the blended mixture through it, using a spatula to press down and extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and gently pour the filtered coconut lavender lemonade into each glass. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and sprigs of lavender.
