- In a blender, combine 1 cup of creamy coconut milk, 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of lavender syrup. Blend on medium-high for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are completely smooth and well mixed.
- Next, add 2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blender and blend again for an additional 15 seconds until fully incorporated.
- Pour in 1 cup of cold water to the blender and blend on low for 10-15 seconds until fully combined.
- Place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher, and pour the blended mixture through it, using a spatula to press down and extract as much liquid as possible.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and gently pour the filtered coconut lavender lemonade into each glass. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and sprigs of lavender.
