  3. Gradually add almond flour to the mixture until the dough holds together and is no longer sticky.
  4. Scoop portions of dough and flatten them into discs on the baking sheet, aiming for uniform thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  5. Brush each disc with olive oil for even browning and shiny finish.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  7. Allow the chips to cool for about 5 minutes after baking.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
  9. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
