Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice pockets into each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut through.
  4. Season the outside of each fillet with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Place the stuffed fillets in the baking dish and top with a lemon slice.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C).
  8. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
