  3. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a 1-inch ball. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to allow the bites to firm up.
  5. Transfer the bites to an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
