Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the Boursin cheese and stir until melted. Gradually mix in half a cup of reserved pasta water to form a creamy sauce.
- Return the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss together over low heat for 2-3 minutes, adding more pasta water if needed to achieve desired creaminess.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
