Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Then mix in the spaghetti until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
