Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz Ranch Seasoning Mix do not skip this
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley optional
  • 1 pkg Spaghetti can swap for penne or rotini
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken can use rotisserie chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Then mix in the spaghetti until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
