Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Prepare the Steak: Season steak with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest.
  3. Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze and Simmer: Pour in beef broth, scrape browned bits, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Build Cream Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmer for another 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Combine Pasta and Steak: Add drained pasta and steak back to the skillet, mixing until coated. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Plate and Garnish: Serve pasta topped with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
