Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare your strawberry syrup by combining fresh, chopped strawberries with sugar and water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stir until thickened, strain and let cool.
  2. For hot latte, heat 6 ounces of milk in a saucepan until steaming. For iced latte, fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Brew 2 ounces of espresso or strong coffee while the milk heats. For iced latte, let coffee cool slightly.
  4. For iced latte, pour chilled strawberry milk over ice, layer brewed coffee on top. Froth extra milk for texture.
  5. For hot latte, pour heated milk into a mug, add espresso, stir in strawberry syrup, and top with whipped cream.
  6. Customize your latte by adding more strawberry syrup or garnishing with fresh strawberries.
