Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the sago by boiling water in a saucepan. Add sago pearls and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until mostly transparent. Cover and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cool the sago by straining in a colander and rinsing under cold water. Submerge in a bowl of cold water to keep moist.
  3. Prepare matcha milk by sifting matcha powder, adding hot water, and whisking until frothy. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  4. Combine ingredients in a large bowl with sago, evaporated milk, condensed milk, matcha milk, strawberries, and coconut jelly. Mix gently.
