Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken tenders with the marinade and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Prepare a breading station with shallow dishes for breadcrumbs and beaten eggs.
- Dip each marinated chicken tender in the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the breaded chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
