  3. Fill the Wraps: Lay high-protein tortillas flat, spoon 2-3 tbsp of filling onto each, and roll tightly burrito-style.
  4. Seal and Crisp: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush wraps with olive oil spray or egg wash.
  5. Cook: In an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes or in the oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
