Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Rice Paper Noodle Rolls
- Soak one rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until it becomes pliable.
- In the center of the softened rice paper, layer a small amount of cooked vermicelli noodles, shredded carrots, chopped cabbage, and your choice of protein.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper sheet inward over the filling, then carefully roll the bottom edge up over the filling, tightening it as you go.
- Lightly brush or spray the outside of each roll with sesame oil.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and give it a couple of minutes to preheat.
- Carefully place the rice paper rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the rolls for about 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
