Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into about 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  2. Soak the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain the water and thoroughly pat the potato slices dry with a clean towel.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the dried potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once golden brown and crispy, transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
