Preparation Steps
- Activate the Yeast: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
- Make the Dough: Combine flour and salt, add activated yeast mixture and oil, stir to form shaggy dough.

- Shape the Baguettes: Punch down dough, divide into 4-6 pieces, and shape into mini baguettes.
