Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add your chosen pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat about two tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced chicken sausages to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, add diced zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly golden and crunchy.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes, sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes until tomatoes burst.
  6. Sprinkle in dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper; mix and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Reintroduce the drained pasta and sautéed chicken sausages, tossing everything together for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Heat through for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until steaming hot.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
