Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the seafood by combining shrimp and crab with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and white pepper. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by finely chopping the carrots, green peas, red bell pepper, onion, and green onions.
  3. Heat the wok over high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  4. Sear the marinated seafood for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and opaque, then remove from wok.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and onion to the remaining oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  6. Add chopped carrots, peas, and bell pepper, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Scramble the beaten eggs on one side of the wok for 1-2 minutes, then mix with the vegetables.
  8. Add day-old jasmine rice, stirring vigorously to incorporate with other ingredients.
  9. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Combine the seafood back into the wok and toss for another 1-2 minutes.
  11. Finish by adding a pat of unsalted butter, mix well, and garnish with green onions.
