- Marinate the seafood by combining shrimp and crab with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and white pepper. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetables by finely chopping the carrots, green peas, red bell pepper, onion, and green onions.
- Heat the wok over high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
- Sear the marinated seafood for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and opaque, then remove from wok.
- Add garlic, ginger, and onion to the remaining oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

- Scramble the beaten eggs on one side of the wok for 1-2 minutes, then mix with the vegetables.

- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Combine the seafood back into the wok and toss for another 1-2 minutes.
- Finish by adding a pat of unsalted butter, mix well, and garnish with green onions.
