Method
 

Prepare the Crust

  2. Spoon the crust mixture into jars, pressing down to form an even layer.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl as needed.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until airy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cheesecake mixture.
  4. Divide filling into two bowls; color one with pink gel food coloring.
Assemble and Chill
  1. Layer pink and plain cheesecake filling into the jars, starting at the edges.
  2. Cover jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  3. Top with whipped cream, pastel candy eggs, and sprinkles before serving.
