  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved, optional

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs dill, basil, or cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Favorite Sandwich Spread optional

Preparation Steps

  3. Assemble the Avocado Layer: Spread the avocado mixture evenly on one side of each toasted slice.
  4. Add Cucumber Slices: Layer thinly sliced cucumbers on top of the avocado spread.
  5. Incorporate Leafy Greens and Onions: Add leafy greens and red onions on top of the cucumbers.
  6. Sprinkle with Optional Cherry Tomatoes: Halve cherry tomatoes and scatter on top for extra sweetness.
