Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Brew the tea by mixing boiling water with sugar, adding Earl Grey tea, and steeping for 20 minutes. Strain and let cool.
  2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add half the sugar, and beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Whisk egg yolks and remaining sugar until pale and fluffy. Fold in mascarpone until smooth.
  4. Gently fold beaten egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the mascarpone mixture, dip ladyfingers quickly in tea, and layer them in the dish.
  6. Repeat layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a creamy mixture on top.
  7. Chill your tiramisu for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve by dusting with powdered tea or cornflower petals for garnish.
