Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the ice-cold milk until just combined to form a sticky dough.
- Drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops are golden and bottoms are lightly browned.
- Cool on the pan for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
