Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by preparing your fruit. If using fresh strawberries, rinse and hull them. Roll lemons on the counter to soften, cut in half, and squeeze out the juice.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, and water. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth. Adjust water for thickness.
  3. Add glucomannan to the mixture and blend for another 15-30 seconds. If using collagen, add it now.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses. For a slushy texture, freeze glasses for 10-15 minutes before serving.
