- Start by preparing your fruit. If using fresh strawberries, rinse and hull them. Roll lemons on the counter to soften, cut in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- In a high-speed blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, and water. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth. Adjust water for thickness.
- Add glucomannan to the mixture and blend for another 15-30 seconds. If using collagen, add it now.
- Pour into chilled glasses. For a slushy texture, freeze glasses for 10-15 minutes before serving.
