Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate using a double-boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and set aside.
  5. Combine mashed bananas, neutral oil, and melted chocolate in a bowl and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
