  1. Begin by washing and cutting the baby potatoes into even, bite-sized pieces.

  4. Layer the cut potatoes on top evenly.

  6. Pour chicken broth over the mixture until just covered.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; it should read at least 165°F.
  9. For extra creaminess, stir in a splash of heavy cream during the last hour.
