Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugars in a stand mixer for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and gradually add to the wet mixture.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles gently to distribute evenly.
  5. Shape cookies, placing a Peep in the center and wrapping the dough around it.
  6. Chill shaped dough balls for at least 2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the tray for 20-30 minutes before serving.
