- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with minced garlic, dried oregano, crumbled feta cheese, and breadcrumbs. Mix gently for about 2-3 minutes.
- Shape the chicken mixture into four equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill each side of the patties for approximately 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Allow to chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns with tzatziki sauce and optional toppings like fresh lettuce or tomato.
