- Add salt, pepper, and dried oregano, mixing until combined.

- In a pot, bring salted water to a boil, add orzo and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain orzo, mix with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped herbs.
- Serve meatballs alongside lemon orzo, garnishing with additional herbs if desired.
