- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and sriracha. Cook until browned, approximately 6-8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add avocado oil and heat over medium. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine. Heat everything through for 2-3 minutes.
