  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil or high smoke point oil
  • 4 cups Shredded Brussels Sprouts pre-shredded saves time
  • 1/3 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce substitute with tamari for gluten-free
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce choose your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed for best flavor
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and sriracha. Cook until browned, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  2. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and heat over medium. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring to combine. Heat everything through for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve warm, optionally over rice or quinoa.
