Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. In a measuring cup, dissolve honey (if using) in ½ cup of the hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. Then, steep one white tea bag in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. After steeping, add ½ cup of ice directly into the brewed tea to cool it quickly and halt the steeping process.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine your chilled tea, 1 cup of guava juice, and ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir until well blended.
  5. Prepare to serve by filling individual glasses with fresh ice cubes and pour the lemonade mixture over the ice.
