Method
 

Directions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes and add to skillet in a single layer.
  3. Remove browned pork from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add sesame oil and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté until golden.
  5. Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return pork to skillet and stir to coat with sauce, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Lower heat and simmer the mixture for another 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Cook white rice according to package instructions.
  9. Spoon rice into bowls and top with honey garlic pork mixture.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
