Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread Boursin cheese over the top of each salmon fillet.
  4. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, chopped parsley, and thyme.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the Boursin-covered salmon fillets.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Check that the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145°F (63°C) before serving.
