Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, dry banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Take tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Stir in food coloring if desired.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
