Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Create 8 circles of shredded Swiss cheese on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake the cheese circles for 6-8 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar, horseradish sauce, and paprika in a bowl until smooth.
- Lift cheese from the baking sheet, add corned beef and sauerkraut in the center, drizzle with dressing, and fold to create a pocket.
- Let roll-ups cool slightly before serving with extra dressing for dipping.
