  • 8 slices Corned Beef main protein
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut well-drained
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise low-carb brand recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce adds depth
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Ketchup to maintain keto diet
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika for warmth and color

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Create 8 circles of shredded Swiss cheese on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
  3. Bake the cheese circles for 6-8 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar, horseradish sauce, and paprika in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Lift cheese from the baking sheet, add corned beef and sauerkraut in the center, drizzle with dressing, and fold to create a pocket.
  6. Let roll-ups cool slightly before serving with extra dressing for dipping.
