Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add in sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
  6. Pour the sauce over chicken and vegetables, stirring thoroughly, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, serve immediately over rice or noodles.
