- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cube them into bite-sized pieces, and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on one side of the baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté, then stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- After 15 minutes, season the salmon with salt and pepper, place it in the center of the baking sheet, and spoon lemon butter sauce over it.
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add it to the baking sheet around the salmon.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
