Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a nonstick baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, mix in minced garlic and Italian herbs, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Spread garlic butter on one side of each garlic bread slice, layer cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese, then top with another buttered slice.
  5. Bake the assembled sandwiches in the greased dish for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden-brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
