Steps

  2. Marinate Chicken: Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange Chicken: Place marinated chicken thighs on the baking sheet, skin-side up, spaced evenly apart.
  5. Roast: Roast chicken for 45 to 55 minutes, basting every 15 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest and Serve: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
