Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather your supplies.
  2. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds.
  3. Brush both sides of each cabbage slice with olive oil.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg.
  5. Form the meat mixture into patties.
  6. Arrange oiled cabbage slices on a baking sheet and top each with a patty.
