Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add cooking oil and warm for 1 minute. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  3. In the same pan, add sliced zucchini and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Avoid overcooking.
  4. Return chicken to the pan, add black pepper and any remaining marinade, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
