Ingredients
  

For the Sangria Base
  • 1 bottle Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc Any dry white wine is a substitute.
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberry Puree Blended strawberries, frozen is acceptable.
  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice Can substitute with mango juice.
  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice Freshly squeezed preferred.
For the Fresh Fruit Addition
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries Mix in other berries if desired.
  • 2 pieces Lemons Limes can be an alternative.
  • 2 pieces Oranges Mandarins can be used too.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Fresh preferred, canned is acceptable.
For the Sparkling Finish
  • 2 cups Prosecco or Sparkling Water Sparkling cider is a non-alcoholic option.
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Basil can be used instead.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash 1 pound of strawberries, remove stems, and puree them in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a punch bowl, combine the white wine, strawberry puree, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir gently.
  3. Slice up strawberries, lemons, oranges, and add with pineapple chunks to the punch bowl. Fold gently.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
  5. Just before serving, add Prosecco or sparkling water and stir gently.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and ladle the sangria over it, garnishing with mint and fruit.
