  • 28 oz Canned Pear Halves Do not drain the juice.
  • 3 oz Lime Flavored Jell-O® Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Ensure it’s softened to room temperature.
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 3 cups Frozen Whipped Topping Make sure it's fully thawed before use.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pear juice by measuring 1 cup from the canned pear halves and heating it in the microwave until boiling.
  2. Remove the pear juice from the microwave and sprinkle the lime flavored Jell-O® mix over it. Stir until dissolved and set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and heavy cream until creamy and smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the creamy blend, mixing until fully incorporated without lumps.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes until thickened slightly but not fully set.
  6. Mash the remaining canned pears in a separate bowl, then gently fold them along with the thawed whipped topping into the gelatin mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set.
  8. To serve, dip the mold in warm water for a few seconds, then invert onto a serving plate.
